Vintage Singer sewing machine brass medallion. This is the full sized / larger version (approx 1 5/8" in height) found on many full and 3/4 sized machines (not the smaller Featherweight). Great for re-use or re-purposing / crafting. Very good vintage condition with original patina, no rivets.
