Vintage Singer sewing machine spoked balance / hand wheel assembly with nickel rim, comes with the stop motion knob and lock washer. You can use this wheel for hand crank conversions on older black Singers including the model 15, 28, 127, 128, 66, 99 & 201-3. Good vintage condition, no rust or structural damage. The finish will be clean with minor paint wear / chips similar to the example shown, the nickel remains bright.
