Vintage Singer sewing machine 9 spoke balance / hand wheel with nickel rim. You can use this wheel for hand crank conversions on older black Singers including the model 15, 127, 128, 66, 99 & 201-3. Nice vintage condition, no rust or structural damage. Clean, but may have some minor paint wear / nicks similar to the example shown, the nickel remains bright.
