Vintage Singer sewing machine spoked balance / hand wheel assembly, comes with the stop motion knob and lock washer. This is the solid painted version with a black rim. You can use this wheel for hand crank conversions on older black Singers including the model 15, 28, 127, 128, 66, 99 & 201-3. Nice vintage condition, no rust or structural damage.
