Vintage Singer 66 99 solid hand / balance wheel with nickel rim. This is the larger sized version, measure approx 4.5" in diameter with a 3 1/4" pulley. Also compatible with some other belt driven models such as the 15-90 and 201-3 / 201K. Nice vintage condition, the paint is glossy with minor signs of use such as small scratches or chips.
