SCHMETZ Universal twin needle, features two needles on one shank to create two rows of perfectly aligned stitches simultaneously. Slightly rounded point with a regular eye, one (1) needle per card with exception of the assorted pack that contains three.
Compatible with most domestic sewing machines that are zigzag capable (can NOT be used on straight stitch only models), please be sure that the needles do not exceed the width of the needle plate opening. Most older models can only accommodate twin needles up to 4mm (smaller for decorative stitches).
Needle system 130/705 H ZWI. Available in various sizes / widths, the first number is the width in mm between the needles and the second is the size / thickness of the needle in metric. Please see the imperial equivalent below:
- Size 70 = Size 10 Imperial
- Size 80 = Size 12 Imperial
- Size 90 = Size 14 Imperial
- Size 100 = Size 16 Imperial
