The SCHMETZ Jeans needle is also known as a Denim needle. The Jeans needle has a medium ball point and a reinforced blade. The advanced point design is a SCHMETZ exclusive. The Jeans needle penetrates thick woven fabrics, denims and quilts with minimum needle deflection, reduced risk of needle breakage and fewer skipped stitches. Needle system 130/705 H, also known as 15x1 or HA-1. 

Compatible with many domestic sewing machines including most Singer models including the 15, 66, 99, 115, 127, 128, 201, 221 / 222K Featherweight, 301, 401, 403, 404, 500, 503, etc.
