Vintage Singer sewing machine cloth / seam guide thumb screw. This is the earlier thumb screw with the larger head, it was found with many of the early attachment sets including the oak puzzle box. Very good vintage condition, clean and rust free but may have minor tarnish due to age. Genuine, original Simanco part #287
