The Old Singer Shop sells vintage, preowned parts & accessories. These items will show signs of use consistent with age. I do my best to only offer clean, usable items and note any flaws or defects that may be present. Any products listed 'AS IS' will have defects as noted within the description, these items are sold for parts or repair. All attachments are sold as working order unless otherwise noted. Please inspect your products upon delivery and notify us of any damaged, incomplete or defective shipments, and we'll make it right!
Due to color variations between computer monitors, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen accurately portrays the true color of the product / fabric.
If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. We are only able to cancel orders prior to shipment.
If you need to return an item, please contact us at email@example.com to arrange the return within 14 days of delivery. Include your full name, order / invoice number and product description of the item you would like to return within the message (if you do not hear back within 24 hours, please check your spam / junk folder). Shipping costs are non-refundable, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. No restocking fees. Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
US Customers: US return address will be provided once the return has been initiated. Due to logistics, please allow up to 4 business days after the return has arrived for a refund to be issued.
Canadian Customers: Canadian return address will be provided. Once your return has been processed, a refund will be issued within 1 business day.
