Vintage Singer sewing machine motor controller cover plate for 3/4 sized bentwood cases that house the 99 or 128. These cover plates vary depending on your set up, this one was used with the #194383 knee lever motor controller. Mounting screw included. Nice vintage condition, clean & glossy. Original, genuine Simanco part.
