Pair of new replacement carbon brushes, part 192457. Compatible with the following models: 15-91 and 201-2 potted motor, 221 / 222K Featherweight, 401, 403, 404, 500, 503. You will receive two carbon brushes with springs.
Brushes need replacement when worn to approx 1/4" in length, both brushes should be replaced for correct balance. The original brushes measure approx 5.5mm x 5.5mm, the new replacements are 5mm by 5.5mm. They are a little smaller than the original but function just as well (I actually prefer the smaller size as there is less chance of them getting stuck within the brush tube). Be sure to install them so the concave surface of the brush corresponds to the shape of the commutator.
As many of you know, we are located just north of the border in Canada. For many years we have personally transported product across the border to offer a seamless shipping experience for our valued US based customers. But due to the suspension of section 321 on Aug 29 (the de minimis exemption allowed parcels under $800 to be imported into the USA duty free with minimal paperwork), we are no longer able to transport our parcels through the US border.
All US bound shipments will now be sent via Canada Post Tracked Packet USA. Delivery time is estimated to be 8 to 9 business days. All required tariffs and duties will now be calculated and prepaid at checkout.
US Shipping:

Canadian Shipping:
- Flat rate charge of $16 CAD per order
- Canadian orders will be shipped from BC via UPS or Canada Post, a tracking number will be provided

- No duties or customs fees
