Vintage Singer sewing machine bentwood case knee bar lever, Simanco part #191412. This lever has the circular / round tip, please see the last picture for compatibility. This is the shorter version that was used with the 3/4 sized model 99 and 128. Good vintage condition with typical signs of age such as paint wear / scratches, rust free.
