Scarce vintage Singer sewing machine trim-clip attachment, it is compatible with both low and slant shank machines. This piece easily attaches to the presser bar as shown, it contains a blade for conveniently cutting threads and also a spring which secures the thread ends to prevent snarls and keep the needle from un-threading.
