Rare vintage Singer sewing machine hooded needle threader, Simanco #121845. This is a rather uncommon threader with a hinged cover to protect the hook. You can use it to thread a needle in either direction. Unlike the more commonly found threaders, this one does not have guides to help position it on the needle, so I found it isn't quite as easy to use. A unique addition to a collection. Very good vintage condition, hook is intact.
